Osprey Point is a luxury community located on Fort Loudoun Lake. We were tasked with creating the brand for the exclusive property and creating promotional materials to sell the nine available lots.
The results were an oversized letter, oversized brochure, and tri-fold pamphlet printed on premium paper stock, with embossing and gold-foil details.
